Dear sirs
One of our client introducing PF , most of their employees are drawing salary more than 15000/- , pelase clarify how much will be the PF to be deducted on such salary , how much will be employees contribution. Can they deduct 12% of Basic + DA as PF and contribution by employer cab be limited to Rs.780/- (i.e 12% of 6500) or employer have to pay equal to the amount of PF deducted from employee. Also help me to fix a CTC , how to work out salary split up if Gorss salary is 20000/-
to Baisc pay, dearness allowance, HRA, Education allowance, Conveyance, medical allowance, if there is any ratio or slab rate for fixing salary
