Good Afternoon All,

We have a small clarification on Providend Fund Transaction.

We are established pvt.ltd Company in 2010 but not registered In PF Account till now. our staff total in 2011-12 28 Members and currently 26 members. Now we are going to register for PF Account.

So for this transaction we should pay PF amount from this month or previous months(i.e 2011-12 also).

Please any one clarify.

You hace to Register for PF in that month in which your PF eligible employees count reaches to 20. So you should have atlaest 20 epmployees for which you should be contributing PF.

So in your case you have to contribute from the month in which your number exceeded 19.
