we are having 12 employees in our IT company each one has salary more then Rs 20000/- each per month.
Now my question is whether we are required to deduct PF and ESI from the salary and if yes , then at which rate?

Provisions of PF act would be applicable if no. of employees are 20 or more. So in your case, it is not and hence not applicable. For ESI, the limit on no. of employees is 10. So ESI might be applicable. Not sure bcoz its state specific. https://www.esic.nic.in/coverage.php
