The dealers selling following goods ...
(i) petroleum crude;
(ii) high speed diesel;
(iii) motor spirit (commonly known as petrol);
(iv) natural gas;
(v) aviation turbine fuel;
(vi) alcoholic liquor for human consumption”
and exceeding the turnover specified in the state VAT act, are required to registered in the act, and comply all the formalities as per the act.

i fiiled retrun under gst act of petrol pump. i shoud fiil the petrol pump vat retun under the vat act. Please suggest me

Ammend return by uploading Debit/Credit note against Purchase/Sales which you have filed, and then file VAT Return for the respective period.
