Personal Credit card transactions in tally

hi all,,

  i want to know how we can manage the personal credit card transactions in tally.(Any Version).

To elaborate the problem,i m maintaining tally accounts of my Manager in tally.He uses his credit card for office & personal uses.

Sometimes,he wants to know the balance credit limit left on the credit card.I used to maintain the same in excel everymonth.

I wanted to know whether it is possible to know the same in tally.I had tried the budget option in tally also,,but was not successful.

If anybody,knows the solution.please post the same in DETAIL..it would be of great help to me.
