Perquisite valuation on transfer of asset

An employee has been provided with a mobile handset by the company. On completion of 2 years employee purchases the mobile phone from the company @ 5% of the purchase price. I've the following questions:

1. Whether Perquisite on Transfer of Asset would be applicable in this case?

2. If yes, whether the mobile phone would be covered under Electronic items or other items?
