if director is receiving remuneration on monthly basis, if they want the salary for his car driver has to be paid thru co, how can co. book this exp. in book of accounts?

If agreement doesn't speak anything about payment of driver salary or car perquisite given to the director then it it liable to penalty because company can not give directly or indirectly loan to the director in any amt. or added in remunaration (if agreement specify )
