Permitting Coparcener of HuF ?
A Coparcener wants to trade exclusively in the trading account of huf. Coparcener cannot trade in her own account due to corporate restrictions. Is it legally ok? Any suggestions/precautions? TIA

If it is restricted at job, husband or relatives can trade without including this person pan.
Only the restriction guidelines outlined by the employer can confirm if it's legally ok.
