Hi wanted to know incase of form 16 part a and part b can the period with the employer be from the date of joining firm to the last date of the financial year is it correct for example a.y 2021-22 period with the employer 01/05/2016 to 31/03/2021 can this form 16 be issued?
It is usually the financial year for which the form 16 pertains to.
Is it correct but to issue with date from joining to financial year end date form 16
This is a minor discrepancy. Not a problem I think.
