I am a CA final student, and am gonna complete my articleship in march 2010.
How do i calculate the additional no of days that i have to serve as i have taken
excess leave. I have worked in excess of the stipulated hours as mentioned,
can i take credit of this in calculating the no of excess leave.
hi bharath. As per the icai rules, 156 days & 186 days of leave is allowed for PE2 & PCC students resp. Apart from that there is a rule of maximum 45 hours of work in a week. so if u have worked extra, u can credit of it with the consent of your principal.
