Period for receiving subscription money?
In how much time company has to receive subscripttion money after the incorporation as per Companies Act 2013? I believe there is no time to receive the subscripttion however company has to issue share certificates within 2 months from the date of incorporation.

As per my opinion, at the time of incorporation we have show only paid up amount which is shown in the subscriber page. There should not be any due amount for pending for allotment of Shares.
