pensioner ITR problem

I am a pensioner . My pension is 213000. A fixed deposit amounting Rs 500000 has got maturity in January '19 of which TDS has been deducted. I want to get back the tds.Which ITR shoulf I file ? what is the my income 213000/213000+500000 ?

Only interest over FD is your taxable part, not full FD redemption proceeds.

You can file ITR 1. Check your form 26AS for interest with TDS liability.

excluding Pension amount ??

No. I never meant that.

I only clarified your FD  tax-ability part.

pension + fd interest - 300000- any deduction like lic ppf
