Pending for Approval under Regulation 17(6)

Please refer the amended regulations in MCA site under "Notifications" and point 1 i.e., G.S.R 888 (E) 24.12.2008 wherein the amended regulations are available.

I hope nothing company can do in this situation. ROC kept the document pending considering the other approvals / information required from any authority.

I have filed form 1 for registration of the Company, and now my SRN status says, "Pending for approval under regulation 17(6)" I know that all of you have faced the same issue earlier. So what steps did you take? And what action do you suggest for me?

i have resubmit form 1 second time and now status is showing pending for aproval under regulation 17(6) ,so let me know how much time it may take . please let me know if any body has faced the problem and sorted out
