Pending for Approval under Regulation 17(6)

The Company filed Form 25C and then Form 67 as required by ROC. Now, ROC has sent e-mail message indicating the SRN Status - 'Pending for approval under regulation 17(6)'. What should the company do now ? I contacted the ROC people, they are not ready to hear anything but just insisting to visit their office personally and then ask any query regarding this. Now, what should be the next step,whether to wait for the approval?

Please reply. I think that such a problem may have been faced by any one else also. Pls tell me the step taken for this.

Please refer the amended regulations in MCA site under "Notifications" and point 1 i.e., G.S.R 888 (E) 24.12.2008 wherein the amended regulations are available.

I hope nothing company can do in this situation. ROC kept the document pending considering the other approvals / information required from any authority.

Hi friends,

I have filed form 1 for registration of the Company, and now my SRN status says, "Pending for approval under regulation 17(6)" I know that all of you have faced the same issue earlier. So what steps did you take? And what action do you suggest for me?

i have resubmit form 1 second time and now status is showing pending for aproval under regulation 17(6) ,so let me know how much time it may take . please let me know if any body has faced the problem and sorted out
