Hii Everyone,

Please help me out of this situation. I am CA Intermediate holder. I have cleared my PCC exams in May 2010. As soon as I got cleared I terminated my articleship with a due period of 15 months. Now I am planning to resume my CA studies. As per the rule I have to undergo 3& half years of articleship. But as per new rule it is 3 years. SO in this case if i register for finals and pending articleship, will I be able to get the relaxation of 6 months??

Yes , as now there is only 3 years of articleship for existing ipcc students so u wil be serving in total for 3 years and u willget relaxion of 6 months.
