Penalty is not raising from GSTN for late filing. Only pay LATE FEE and Interest. Interest is only have any liability. Without Liability no more Interest.
1. In case we have any liability pay the Interest as follows
(Payable Liability) X (18%) / 365 (X) No.of Days)
2. LATE FEE :
Late fee for One Day Rs. 200 (CGST 100 + SGST 100)
Maximum Late fee Rs. 5000/-
