Dear All,
What are the provisions under Companies Act, 2013 Regarding Penalty on Delay after 270 days.
As per table of fees given on MCA website, the additional fee payable for delay upto 270 days is 12 times the normal fee. Beyond this delay, no fee has been prescribed
So, Please suggest the provisions Regarding Penalty on Delay after 270 days and its consequences (i.e. Penalty or fine)

Please refer second proviso to subsection 1 of section 403 read with Companies ( Registration Offices and Fees ) Rules, 2014.
But second proviso said the form can be filed after the 270 days with additional fee but sec 403(3) saying that if form not filed within 270+30 days than panelty will levy
both the sentance are contraversy to eachother then what is perfect interpritation.
