HI, I am not aware of penalty but I received a Show Cause Notice against Late Nill Submission issue. My CA filled Nill Return for 3 quarters together and I got this letter. After that My CA was not able to retrive my TIN and it got cancelled. SO my Hard Work got crushed due to that foolish CA and that TIN was active only for 7 months.
