I dont know how one can help others who is mentally not fit for himself. To help others one should be very conscious and alert. To release such power one should be creative. One should inculcate creativity within himself instead of helping others because it is not good for others who are taking help. Creativity means doing any work which makes you happy.
Hi Arti…please do not misunderstand…the thought is not about a mentally weak person. You have misunderstood the words “detached mentally from yourself”
According to me these words actually means ---try and help others by putting your own problems in a corner for some time and just separate from yourself and your problem mentally …give some space to other persons in your mind…in order to understand his/her problem and extend your hand to help…
