Pe2 student -Pls Help

Dear friends,

Iam a Ca pe2 student. Everytime I am failing in Auditing , Business & corporate laws.At present i am using padhuka's book for auditing & snow white publication's book (first lessons in B & C law) for law.Please suggest how to overcome these pe2 exams.

Practise writing model exams for these papers. Read the suggested answers and RTP's. All the best for your exams...................

Hi Prasad, i think you r struggling in theory subjects only, you should follow Institute materials rather than other materilas, and refer Compliations and previous exam papers (last 10 attemps).

Compilers of last exams help a lot. Please refer compilers and suggested answers of last exams; it will be of great help..

hi prasad first you have to give up ur negative thoughts. just think that you can. when you increase ur confident level your concentration level may improve so that you can under stand difficult part of ur subjects. then while you study B law just take small notes in small paper. when ever you find ur are free read tat notes. if u read again and again u won't forget. especialy you should study important case laws. study well. all the best.
