PE II Business and Corporate Laws

2425 views 10 replies

For preparing Business & Corporate laws who are in the last minute of preparation and have inadequately prepared for the exam follow this,

In Business Laws paper you can omit any two chapters, preferably you can omit Multi State co-operative and Negotiable Instruments Act/Indian Contract Act.  The time you save by omitting these two chapters you should revise all the other chapters two times.  There will not be any problem in exam as you are making use of choices.

Also in Corporate Laws you can omit any one chapter, but preferably dont omit first chapter which is easy.

hi ganesh i have cleared 1st group of PE-II and i have just skipped the Negotiable act and Indian Contract act for options. But if you are going to do this you have to go throughly for other topics of Business law.As Far as corporate law is concerned mainly give the attention to the suggested and compliation thanks

Hi Ganesh: Are you confident on your advise that for Buss Law -PE-II preparation we can ignore Multi-state Co-operative socs,Negotiable Instruments, contracts and still we can attempt 60 marks questions? From my analysis from Nov'04 exam, i may be wrong, if you ignore above chapters, you can answer the paper for 40-45 marks. Per my observation we are getting overlapping questions from above chapters in internal choices(i mean sub-questions in main question). Can you please throw some light here such that people like me in last minute preparation can benefit out your suggestion. Rgds Srinivas

Hi all, I agree with Mr. Ganesh. I skipped Contract Act and Multi State Coperatives Act. And I got 58 in that paper. Please note that I have not prepared in last mins. I prepared for 8 months (both groups and cleared in first attempt) Thanks!
Good morning ganesh i have another opinion for your preparation first complete company law(40 marks) secure 40 marks first and after that you go for BONUS ACT,PROVIDENT ACT,CO-OPER&MULTI STATE COOPERATIVE ACT. PARTENERSHIP & SALES AFTER ABOVE YOU CAN GO FOR SUPER SCANNER IT WILL VERY HELPFUL FOR YOU. FURTHER ANY QUERY YOU CAN CALL ME 09339453431
