To upload Forms with attachments on MCA 21 Portal within the permitted size of 2.5 MB, u should use Adobe 7.0.5.

Any higher version of Adobe is bound to increase the size of the PDF document/form.

Hi all,

wen working on MCA-21 website always use the option "save as" for all the pdf files, coz eveytime u save the file wit only "save" option and not "save as" the file size keeps increasing.

Try to zip the file, depending upon the content of the file, the file may be compressed upto 30%. Free Install something like Winzip or Winrar and install it. Once a PDF file is created, right click on it and choose the option 'Add to archieve'. It is recommended to use .zip format as they can be opened easily with windows, avoid 'rar' or '7z' archives though they offer better compression.
