use www.zamzar.com, its a free online conversion site to convert files..
you can download free PDF converter from www.primopdf.com
If you are using MS-Office 2007, you can find a Microsoft Office Add-in here:
https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=4d951911-3e7e-4ae6-b059-a2e79ed87041&DisplayLang=en
otherwise:
You have to use some third party softwares only... Try google to find the same...
Google Tools may Be helpful.
One more option is there...
if you have Gmail ID:
1. log in Google documents
2. Upload your XLS File.
3. save as PDF option
You can get the result.
