i hve my PCC in MAY 2010

1)TAX PROB

should i learn all the prov in PGBP in detail...like SEC 33ABA for SITE RESTORATION...is it enough to learn that 40% ded is allowed???

2)INFO

i hve notes of my tution but when i compared it with suggested ans of institute they r quite diff...now from where should i learn???.. the tution notes i hve is followed by almost 3/4 th student in JAIPUR... will examiner give me marks for my answer which is not as per suggested ans???

how to study it??...it is so boaring...whenever i tries to study it i fell sleepy and then not able to study other sub also...exms r comm..so HOW TO DO IT???

i m doing from MP VIJAYKUMAR...in that book lot of DIFFERENCE TABLE r given...like diff b/w BAILMENT AND PLEDGE...DO THEY ASK QUES OF DIFFERENTIATE???..SHOULD I LEAVE ALL DIFF???

FROM WHERE TO DO COMMUNICATION...I HVE NOT STARTED YET

1st) tax

u should learn all the provisions for getting good marks if u find it difficult go for service tax and vat prepare it good so that u can get 20/25 and in income tax u can leave some prov. if u find diff. to manage time for it

2nd)institute does not expect same ans from all the students. u can prepare from ur book and then atleast once go through the suggested so that u get an idea and the diff. between the ans. in ur book and suggested.There can be change in language/pattern/style of answer but they must be according to the ques as far as u write what is asked in ques no worries how u ans it

3rd) sm is good subject its a study of business enviroment and strategy to cope with it all the chapters are based on it only so its easy too, prepare IT as much as u can and major topics in SM like bgc matrics, porters model, swot etc so that u can atleast be able to do case study

4th) they don't ask diff. but its good to know the difference because there can be a problem where u have to decide that a particular ques is of bailment or pledge so its better if u know the diff.

prepare ur timetable acc. to ten year there is still much of time left
