Is pcc nov 2012 is last attempt ? If anyone clears only one group , can he/she will be exempt for same papers in ipcc course may2013?

Yes PCC Nov 2012 is Last PCC exam.
Institute has not yet given any clarification regarding exempting the papers in IPCC.
But definately Institute is going to give exemptions (Like given in PE-2 to IPCC)
