pcc may 2010 query

hi everyone

i have not received my re-registeration letter as yet.i had submitted the re-registeration form 2 months ago.what to do i had even enquired from ca institute but i did not get a satisfactory answer.i have even send them an e mail but to no avail.what to do?

and one thing more i have completed b.com(h) so what do you people suggest should i join some tutions or i should go in for self study as whole of the syllabus is same?
