PCC & Final

The student will not be eligible to write final in November 2011 if he clears in May 2011 but will be able to write his final in May 2013.

You have to complete the 1&1/2 year of articles after you clear PCC

You are PCC student & I think you do not know that after you complete your CPT you have to complete your ITT & 1&1/2 year’s articles then only you can give the PCC. So after that only 2 years articles are remaining.

sir i made a new registration on the sep2007 where i had completed the CA-INTER in MAY2007

The institute is giving chance to write the final exam  after completing two & half years of articles. As a result i would get attempt in the MAY-2010

But i want to write the old final in NOV-2009

Kindly give me the expert views

As per the new amendment of institute if you are registered for articles before 1st Nov.07 then only your final attempt will come after 2years. If you are registered after 1st Nov.07 then your final attempt will come after your completion of 2&1/2 of articles.

If you are registered after 1st Nov.07 then your attempt will come in Nov.2010.

yes u would be liable to take up ur final exam in the year 2011 . Provided that u have cleared ur PCC. the rule very clearly says that u need to complete 3.5year of article ship training. it does not say that u have to complete 2years after PCC even after u complete ur 3.5years of  training
