Dear Sir/Madam,

I passed CPT in July'08.

I joined in Articleship on 06.10.2008 & Form-102 also prepared.

But I am not registered due to Financials. I am going to register on 1st Wk.of Feb'09 by paying Rs.7500 with Fine=Rs.300/-.

AM I ELIGIBLE TO WRITE PCC EXAM IN MAY'2010 or NOT?

Kindly educate me.

You canwrite PCC in May 2010.

18 articleship is only necessary.

Dont worry. Financial Problems are general for all like me.

I think it will be better if you register for IPCC, So that you can attempt your IPCC with in 9 months from your registration.

Hey! If You Show That You Are dOing Articleship From 1.10.08 And Just Pay Late Fees Along With Registeration Fee. Then You May appear For The May 2010

Yes u are eligible.

The best thing which has happened in this case that u hav Joined articleship within Oct 08. U will get ur attempt in May10 only bcoz of that.

hello sir,

i passed my cpt june 08..and sent 102 & 103 along with 112 form for registration for articleship..but due to sme problem 112 form was return toward me..and till now i not yet given any feedback to instiute..well suggest me what i should have to do to appear november 2010 pcc exam..plzz help me out plzzz

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Jayant Cleared the CPT Exam in Dec-2008, and registerd for pcc in april-2008. can i enter in Pcc Exam in May 2010.

Hi Sir/Madam,

i have joined my articleship on 5th aug-08, due to medical reasons i have taken termination on 30th june 09... according to icai if i take termination on medical grounds i have to dis continue my articleship for 3 months... so in my case its dis continue till 30th sep..but i was working under a new employer immediatey... can i write the May2010 attempt...
