I passed CPT in July'08.
I joined in Articleship on 06.10.2008 & Form-102 also prepared.
But I am not registered due to Financials. I am going to register on 1st Wk.of Feb'09 by paying Rs.7500 with Fine=Rs.300/-.
AM I ELIGIBLE TO WRITE PCC EXAM IN MAY'2010 or NOT?
Kindly educate me.

I think it will be better if you register for IPCC, So that you can attempt your IPCC with in 9 months from your registration.

The best thing which has happened in this case that u hav Joined articleship within Oct 08. U will get ur attempt in May10 only bcoz of that.

Hi Sir/Madam,
i have joined my articleship on 5th aug-08, due to medical reasons i have taken termination on 30th june 09... according to icai if i take termination on medical grounds i have to dis continue my articleship for 3 months... so in my case its dis continue till 30th sep..but i was working under a new employer immediatey... can i write the May2010 attempt...
