PCC and IPCC-TWO HEADS

Hi Friends,

At the same time one CA student is appearing for the PCC exam with a different syllabus and another CA student is appearing for IPCC with a different syllabus. . The last PCC exam will be upto NOV 2012  i.e for 7 examinations both PCC and IPCC run concurrently delivering two sets of CA's with different types of knowledge who have studied different subjects. whether this method is good ?  Whether in the future the corporate field will consider these two students as equals or not?
