PCC & Final Result June 09

You may be right, Srikanth. After seeing the announcement for the November session of the examination, I had felt that the results would be declared for all the 'streams' by August 12th to 14th, 2009, but I had called up the Institute today and spoken to two people in the examination department (one of them being Mr. G. Somasekhar), and I was told that the results for the Final 'stream' would be declared close to the 17th of August, and the results for the PE-II, PCC 'streams' would be declared towards the end of August.

Mr. Somasekhar confirmed that this time there would be a slight departure from the normal practice of issuing the exam forms for the next session only after the declaration of the results for the most recently concluded session. The forms would be made available before the results are declared for the PE-II and PCC 'streams'.

As I said at the beginning of my reply, you could still be right, but as of now the Institute has not committed itself to declaring the results on or before the date mentioned by you.
