I have a propreitorship form which is into Software Development.
I am interested in availing services of a USA based developer whom I plan to pay using paypal or credit card.
My question is can a properitorship firm hire an freelance employee abroad ?
The issue needs to be seen in totality, howver from the facts stated by you, it seems that no TDS shall be deductable.
