hi, we had paid the payment for advertising of the product on FB and Google, so it's attracted to RCM or not.

If you are registered under GST & paid the payment for advertising to FB and Google directly than, RCM is applicable
if u paid payment to any indian party, who give advertisement on FB and Google on behalf of you, that that party charge GST from you.
