Yes. You can make the payment.

Payment to a single person in a single day can't exceed 35000/- in case of transport. So if all the 10 trucks below to same person u can't make the payment. If made it wld be disallowed.

As per sec 40 a (3), Payment for transport  cannot exceed Rs. 35,000/- to a single transporter in a day.

As per sec 40 A(3), in the case of transporter, payment in excess of 35000 made otherwise than by an account payee cheque or draft exceeds 35000 , will be disallowed  ( here amount of 35000 applicable per transporter per day , irrespective of invoice dated diffent days)
