We have to make payment to Non resident like Google and facebook. As per my understanding there will be TDS under section 195 and Equalisation Levy applicable.
Please guide me what other procedure are needed to be followed to make the payment.( like FEMA and any other provision of law applicable on the same)
if payment for advertisement purpose on google or facebook or any other online platform then equilazation levy is applicable @ 6%
