Salary for the month of October 2016 was paid on 01.11.2016. Then, when is the due date to pay the tds deducted.

You have paid salary on nov ao that u have deducted tax on nov, so its quite simple your deduct tax should be paid to income tax dept by 7th of dec 2016.
