payment of self assessment tax

Payment of tax is open, but now you cannot file ITR.

I repeat, unless any query from depatment, you cannot file earlier year returns..... (except FY 2017-18)

You can pay taxes for any previous year, so that you can save yourself from any interest liability &/or penalty, that may arise in future.

Dear sir,

1.One of my client is having own car and running travel business by self after taking call according to availability of client or availability of trip  and earned monthly income .. he need to file ITR as per available income.. which ITR should be file? 

2 . Person having own car and attached to Tours and  travel agency  , that travel agency giving monthly  payment to him and now for loan purpose he  need to file ITR ,so in this 2nd situation which ITR should be file.

Please advise on both cases,
