Under GST Act, an order-In-original has been passed. In the said order, a penalty has been has been imposed on unregistered person, who was co-noticee in the relevant show cause notice. My client want to pay penalty but how to pay.
I think the tax officer would generate a temporary registration for you and then you would be able to pay penalty.
Means I should contact to the tax officer.
