Payment of penalty for service tax
when should service tax payer can pay penalty for late payment of service tax and late filing of service tax return? should it be paid along with the service tax payable, interest on late payment in same challan?

Penalty can be paid seprately or with the service tax payment. There is a separate code for penalty which is to be selected during the payment.
