Payment of late fee of filing st-3 return

Dear experts..please guide me that i needed to pay late fee of late filing of ST-3 Return. I went online to pay late fee of late return filing charges but there is no option of late fee it showing only three option there Service Tax, Interest and Penalty only. But not showing option of Late Fee.That's why i am confused that how to pay it?? Please help me and let me know that hot to pay late fee of st-3 return filing online. Thanks in advance
