Payment of income tax and releflection in itr

I have filled the itr online. Their i need to pay tax after filling of itr . I have choosen pay later option and done the payment online through net banking

Do I need to fill some details in itr or on income tax department's website about the tax payment details.

please tell what should  i do after payment of the tax?

Then update the tax payment details and revise the ITR
