While e-filing the form DIR-12 of a private limited company, trasaction got failed but the fees of Rs. 300 has been deducted from my Bank account. Hence i made another payment which got approved.
Pls suggest whether i can get the refund of Rs. 300 (double payment due to transaction failed), if yes please share with me the procedure.
I would also like to submit that i have raised a compliant in this regard but hav'nt got any response yet. i had filed the compliant two weeks ago.
