Simpaly make a FIR & reduce stock o need to pay any thing its a Loss of Company.

dear friend,
if some excisble goods is lost, stolen or destroy, you have to pay ED untill unless AC/DC of your region gives you permission in writing
Goods were stolen after manufacture (i.e. Finished Goods), Since Exice Duty is on Manufacture we have to pay ED, obiusaly its a loss to Co, whcih can be reduced from Stock later
