How to calculate the allocable surplus in case of a company having three units at separate places ?
What if company having losses in previous financial year and want to give bonus this year? Will those losses be set off against profits of current year ?

losses will ne set in next year against profit in first year
later on it will be set against same head only and u can
carry forward for losses for 7 years
for paying bonus your have to go through bonus act
