Payment issue

Hello everyone, 

I registered myself in ICAI for CPT but I am a problem without doing any further payment. My registration is completed. 

So I have a query if anyhow I request them to delete my registration form. Can I again register myself or not?

Or if you have any other solution then, please advise me what should I do I am so tense because of this issue.
