Payment during articleship period

I did my 2 years 1 month articleship from a CA Firm and thereafter shifted to Industrial training. During the 2 years period, I had taken 30 days leaves and took the balance leave before my exams. My principal here says that I will get paid for the leaves as per CA regulations not for the entire 4 months leaves as the part of leaves accrued to me in my previous firm. Would request you to let me know the leaves period for which I should be paid stipend by the Principal as per the CA regulations.
