Hi Ankita,

Thanks for the query,
With the limited information available and unclear PoV of the query. Generally recipient is the person paying for goods.

I guess the Trust paid for Goods delivered/ used/billed to Municipal corporation.

From the prospective of Supply (GST), recipient will be the trust.

From the prospective of Income Tax/TDS, the transaction is between you and Charitable organisation only.

However, if their is any obligation under any other act/law/contract to deliver/bill the goods to Municipality, I don't see why I is not fulfilled.

Please revert with any query that you might have.

Thanks,
Abhimanyu
Sir, order is from the name of municipal corporation so that bill is also made in the name of municipal corporation and payment received by trust. whether it is correct?
