I wanted to know that while filling ITR1 online for AY 2018-19, if we get tax liability, can we pay tax liability in some installments? IF yes then How? Also will govt charge any interest on the installments? Kindly Help.

In case of advance tax you can pay it in installments as per due dates. In case of self assessment tax you can pay it in one shot or through installments but total amount is to paid before july, 18 otherwise you have to pay penalty and interest as extra.

No installment facility available.
However such facility is available in case of Advance Tax.
