Patnership deed

There is one property registered in name of patnership deed and there are several patner in that is registered under Partnership Act (as register firm) but no pan card has been applied by the firm till date. Same was registered under registrar in Year 2014 and after that one of the partner died and we want to admit the son of the partner who died in year 2016. Now how do we process the same and we want to apply for the PAN card also. Should we make dissolution deed and new patnership deed for addmission and then apply for PAN card. Kindly Guide me in the same

I know late for application of PAN Card and the partnership deed is from 1970 and only partners are changing since then no pan card and no books has been maintained

yes u should make dissolution deed and new patnership deed for addmission and then apply for PAN card. and before doing this think of income tax angle also
