My one client is carring pathology lab business. Now i have to submit his income tax return for F Y 17-18. So i have a question , is Pathology Lab cover under section 44AD OR 44ADA. & Which I T R should be submitted. Please reply .

ITR4 for sec. 44ADA declaration; otherwise ITR3 under normal assessment with books of accounts

show there income as professional income...and declared it as preasumptive income under section 44ADA
