My client don't any Income tax site log in password email id registered by Consultants his own aadhar is not linked with pan what i do now

I think last option is through DSC.

Reset your password through paying a challan

go through forgot password ....... ...... , there has a option where as the OTP will comes on client's mobile & email............ verify it....... & reset ur password............. ......
