Passport Number in new tax web site 2.0

while updating profile, it giving error on inputting passport number. it gives error and say "Invalid Passport number, please enter 14 character passport number in alphanumeric only". Any solution?
I have screenshot also.

System not accepting the screenshot file (file type error) , even converted to pdf but not taking.
